- To take the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ beyond the traditional walls of the Church Into the uttermost parts of the earth.

We are conscious that this generation needs a visible, on-going manifestation of the love, power and authority of God.It is the desire of N.O.C. to develop a mature spiritual environment that will allow the Holy Spirit to minister to the body as He chooses in an atmosphere of profound and genuine fellowship with God and with one another and ass a practical demonstration of the Kingdom of God at work.
The Lord has told us to “build a people to affect this vision.” These people have to be spirit-filled, spirit-led, full of faith, caring and deeply in the word of God. In order to effectively accomplish the task that God has given us, we are conscious that it will require a lot of people who are disciplined, organized, efficient, and committed to the pursuit of excellence and who know that in all things Christ must have the pre-eminence.
This vision is too big for one person, this vision must be fulfilled irrespective of you or me, it is bigger than us – it is the Lord’s. This is the purpose of our being. This Vision Needs You!
